Yes, you鈥檙e still responsible for paying your bill, even though your paper bill is delayed or interrupted.听If we have your email, we鈥檝e added you to paperless billing so you can receive your bill by email.

How do I view my bills in my Online Account?

To access copies of your bills, register or log in to your鈥齛nd听click the 鈥淏ills and payments鈥 button under 鈥淨uick Links鈥 to see your Account Overview.

How do I avoid issues with my payments due to mail service disruption?

You can sign up for Auto Pay in your 听by clicking "Set up Auto Pay" within your Account Overview.鈥疻e accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, or direct debit.

How do I change my bill delivery preferences?

If you'd like to change your bill delivery or correspondence preferences, you can do so anytime using your Online Account:

  1. Register or sign in to your听
  2. Go to 鈥淎ccount Summary鈥
  3. Edit your preferences under "Communication" and "Bill delivery"
